Dan has over 30 years of experience practicing law in Georgia and South Carolina, specializing in Bankruptcy Services, Estate Planning, and providing Probate Court Assistance. He is admitted to practice in the trial courts, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Courts of both Georgia and South Carolina. Additionally, he is authorized to practice in Federal trial courts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, and the 4th, 5th, and 11th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal.
